Your EA launcher has screwed up and is blocking many from launching BF6. You all know this, we all know this, lets not pretend.
So, in your communications, please be more honest. It's not just some players, its players using your app. This is your responsibility, nobody else's.
When 2042 launched, there was this incredible push from you to pretend things were not as bad as they were. It was only the huge wave of refunds that concentrated minds.
Let's not start BF6 with that same kind of lack of responsibility. You've done well with BF6 so far to correct the issues that plagued 2042. Don't mess up on the honesty front.
