Battlefield 6 TGS 2025 Dog Tag Code Not Working

I attended TGS on September 27, 2025, and played Battlefield 6. After the trial, I received a special in-game item code for a Dog Tag. However, when I tried to redeem it on October 4, 2025, the official redemption site kept showing the same message:

“The product code you entered is invalid. Please re-enter the code.”

The reward card clearly says the code is valid until October 10, 2027, so it shouldn’t be expired. I’ve double-checked the code many times, but it still doesn’t work.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Or is there an official response from EA/DICE about invalid codes from the TGS event?
