Give engineers access to the smoke grenade. We’ve had smoke grenades for our Engineers for two decades.
Who at DICE decided they know better and are better than the entire franchise??
I’m quite convinced those making these idiotic decisions never have played a full match of Battlefield.
I’ve played Engi extensively since BF4 and always run w Smoke Grenades because versus tanks and even some Helos, smokes are invaluable in giving me a few precious seconds to find cover or reload or both. That or time to run pop smoke on a road and in the middle of a road and lay mines.
I agree with smoke grenades too, used them many many times to close the gap to a vehicle or to even cover my own while I repair it.
