Progress reset

Played on release and completed most the unlocks and had a decent amount of the challenges completed, most of the first battle pass completed. Took a decent break from the game, came back after season 2 release and my account is as if it was brand new. I'm lvl 1 no unlocks, challenges anything completed. Same account so I don't know what happened. I play on PS5. Account is still linked with the same EA account. Any ideas?
