EOD bot update no fun

The regeneration for an EOD bot takes way too long now. It starts a full sequence from 0 when your bot dies instead of from when you launch the bot. If that's going to be the case, at least make the repair tool kill in 2 seconds instead of 3 and give us back the ability to detonate our own mines again.

The EOD Bot is not in a good place at all.
It needs more HP. That Red Light needs to be turned off and it needs a 3rd Person Camera.
