Escalation- Anyone else get Empire State or the bridge all the time??

I play with my brothers in a party and these are the two maps we always get. I’ve never played Cairo or Eastwood. 

is the mode just for a select few maps? 

I bet if I hop on right now I get Empire State or the **bleep** bridge again.
