You’re right. The game is letting down the fans who loved Battlefield for its large-scale maps, teamwork, destruction, and sense of real warfare. On top of that, the class system is a mess and guns feel inconsistent every match because of all the class-based nerfs and bullet bugs. It’s hard to play tactically when weapons don’t behave consistently. We need proper class separation again, especially since the medic class was basically merged into the support ammo role and all gun nerfs removed so weapons perform the same across every class without that constant bullet deviation changing all the time. The sliding mechanic shouldn’t even be a thing, it just looks ridiculous and makes them look stupid when they die doing it. It would never work in reality without affecting the person doing it. The game is just starting to feel really flat now that the hype is fading and all the bugs are still here.
Battlefield 6 is losing players every day now. Three of my eight friends have deleted the game. They said they'll reinstall it whenever they slow down the game, make the maps bigger, and remove the sliding mechanic.
