Exploration challenges

Is there a way to complete these exploration challenges, and not leave your team high and dry?

I don't like Battle Royal at all, however I would like to complete these challenges and receive the rewards.  If there was a solo mode, where I could just explore until they found me and terminated me that would be ok.
