Extra explosive perks should let you spawn with them

Isn't it frustrating to get a perk that gives you extra nades or rockets, only for you have to sit on supply packs every time you spawn?

It creates so much down time and is anti fun. With how easy it is to die in on obj, players seldom get the opportunity to make use of the perk.

If we could spawn fully equipped our focus can always be PTO not I NEED AMMO.
