You will just have to wait for a response from the EA ToS team, nobody else can provide you with any information except them.
Hey danisoff , The issue being they don't provide any information at all besides saying they upheld it. What are we supposed to do? I understand there is another side to these complaints where users did in fact cheat and now regret it whilst there is the other half that had no malicious activity and cannot figure out how to play the game they paid $70 for without receiving the generic "Appeal on EA Help and wait for the ToS team" which still isn't getting users anywhere.
Legitimate players have been caught in the crossfire of the cheating user base, which is good in a sense of combatting cheating, but bad in a sense of killing the excitement for players wanting to just play the game.Have a great day/night.
