Hey danisoff , The issue being they don't provide any information at all besides saying they upheld it. What are we supposed to do? I understand there is another side to these complaints where users did in fact cheat and now regret it whilst there is the other half that had no malicious activity and cannot figure out how to play the game they paid $70 for without receiving the generic "Appeal on EA Help and wait for the ToS team" which still isn't getting users anywhere.
Legitimate players have been caught in the crossfire of the cheating user base, which is good in a sense of combatting cheating, but bad in a sense of killing the excitement for players wanting to just play the game.Have a great day/night.
I’ve been false banned I got for hateful conduct, I would accept a suspension of 200h I’ve not had suspension on PC ever before my first proper FPS game n I appeal it n got a response that I’m cheating? I would accept a PC check if possible I honestly would never do it, I don’t have time to figure out how to get into it nevermind anything else, I don’t know what else to do
