False Permanent Ban Appeal - Battlefield 6 - EAID: kuzt0009

I am a loyal and passionate Battlefield player. My journey started when a friend generously let me play on his Battlefield V account, which eventually led me to purchase my own copy of Battlefield 2042. I've always loved and supported this franchise.

So, when I discovered in early October that the next installment, Battlefield 6, was available for purchase and would be playable on the 10th, I was overjoyed. I bought it immediately, looking forward to unwinding with it every day after work.

But on October 15th, my world came crashing down. I received a notification from EA stating that my account has been permanently banned. I was utterly devastated and completely confused.

My EAID is: kuzt0009.

E-mail:[edit: email address removed]

I tried to appeal this heartbreaking decision, but the system wouldn't even let me plead my case—it simply stated that no case was created.

I don't understand why this is happening. I'm just a casual player, often at the bottom of the scoreboard. I have never installed any cheat software or third-party tools. My dedication should speak for itself; I've poured nearly 2,000 hours into Battlefield 2042 alone. Why would I ever risk that? Why has my loyalty been rewarded with a permanent ban, effectively ending my journey in a game I was so excited to be part of?

As long as the team doesn't give any explanation for my cheating, then all my actions are cheating, regardless of whether it is cheating or not. You don't care whether I was blocked by mistake or not, you are just picking any blocked person and treating him as a cheater to vent your anger.

  • Some delusional people here think that an anti-cheat software can never do any mistakes.

Well here are some examples (you can google them if you want too):

COD: Warzone - Richochet anti cheat banning players for RGB software in 2022

Fortnite - EAC bans for Nvidia shadowplay 2019

Apex legends - EAC banning Linux players for detecting a system drives as cheat injector in 2020

Destiny 2 - Linux and Steamdeck players falsely banned when the anticheat got confused when players played on  those systems in 2023

PUBG - 2018 bans for keyborad software

Valorant - False positive bans where virtual machines were detected as kernel-level hook cheats.

Its just delusional thinking  that any software is bug or mistake free and false postive bans never happen :)

Any you know what all the players that got falsely banned in the examples above got told ? Lool get rekt cheater.

Yeah, im not reading all of that. And I stand by what I said. Comparing the 2 things you mentioned was absolutely over dramatic. Do better.
