No one here has the ability to overturn a ban, only the TOS team can do that. You will need to contact them directly link below.

 

And good luck getting this account back because who knows what's installed on a net café computer.

The most annoying thing from all is that I tried to appeal for the bans or fill out the form from ea help center and nothing works no matter the type of device I use or which browser I use. It’s always a dead end ! No contact information provided nor the appeals work. I don’t know what else to do.

    It's "the EA web site" I suspect is being hammered right now. Keep trying.
