Falsefully Perm Banned & Can't Appeal it
I got a permanent ban I received on my Battlefield 6 account due to a "Gameplay Enhancement" violation. I was playing a match on Redsec when I achieved a squad wipe, and shortly after, I was presented with a splash page stating my account had been permanently banned.
I would like to clarify that I was not cheating or using any third-party programs. I literally had all my friends see my screen to see if there was anything in the moment for it to be known as "Gameplay enhancement". My actions in the match were purely based on my gameplay, and I have always adhered to the rules and terms of service for Battlefield 6. The squad wipe was simply a result of my own in-game performance, and I believe the anti-cheat system may have mistakenly flagged this as suspicious behavior.
I would like to know how to resolve this issue, because when I go Penalty History tool, I am able to see the ban but simply can't appeal it. Every time I tried to submit an appeal, I am received with this same error, CASE NOT CREATED. We ran into an issue creating your case, but we're working on it. Wait a few hours and try again." And yes I have waited and tried again, it's been 2 days now.
And it looks like there are so many bans on EA for this and EA is not doing anything about this, does EA not care about their users? This is just absolute BULLshid!
