Faulse ban in BF6

Hey, idk how to word this, idk if i am the only one and idk if this is gonna even help me, but i am giving this a shot since EA support is takeing so long.

SO i got banned on release day the 11th of october for "gameplay enh

ancement" idk how and i was annoyed af at the time, 3 days latere on the 14th i made my first ticket since it took them 3 days to tell me why i was banned. 3 days latere on the 17th my appeal got Denied for some reason, they dont give you a reason they just say no, i made a new appeal the same day the 17th and first 4 days latere on the 21th they replied with "Thanks for waiting while we investigate your query about Battlefield 6.
After we review your case, we will update you as soon as possible." this sentence is taken directly from the message, and now almost 3 weeks latere they have not said a single word to me, is it normal for EA to take so long? i have never had a problem with EA not with 2042 or Apex, i think it might be something with other Cernal anti cheats like Vanguard (Riot games) or Hoyoplay (Genshin/HSR) but this just frostrate me since i bought it for 100 euro and now i got banned for no reason and support is not even getting back to me. I dont know if i am the only one, if i am not can you tell me how you got in contact with support or how long it took support to look at your ticket? Thanks alot for reading ^^
