I also agree with

play any game mode in order to unlocks skins or to access any other progression

I should be able to earn everything from the challenges via multiplayer instead of BR. We should have the option of unlocking skins + other progression via the multiplayer as well.

Putting things behind a wall like this really is not player friendly.
