fix defibrillator revive

99% of the times it is completely useless because we just die on the same place because who killed us holds the angle on the corpse. Just give some adrenalin rush type of buff for 1-2 sec that makes up get up fast and move for 1 second to get to safety because nobody uses drag revive.

Had this exact case today: I dragged a player to safety, all would have be good if not a wannabe medic quick revived (50hp) the player i dragged right out of my hands, and of course he got instantly shot again. Sorry, you cant fix player stupidity.
