Fix The Spawn System Registration!!!

The spawn system is so trash. 90% of my spawns in tdm and domination place me right in front of somebody who is either directly on top of me immediately or spawns me right in front of some sweat who has been camping friendly spawn from a distance from half the map away the entire match. It makes the game feel trashy like it's intentionally setup like that to keep KDs low. Literally can't even leave spawn half the time because enemies will run through it and the game doesn't even register that there is an enemy there and spawns me there anyways. Major fixes need to be done to the spawn system and how the game registers enemy movements inside those spawns so that this quits happening. Also it seems like common sense to me to make dedicated servers for all the modes and not just conquest, cause that has got to be the lasmest thing ever.
