Flashlight Brightness Debuff

Is it really that hard for them to just bring back the brightness of the flashlight from BF4?

They wrote that they weakened them, but in reality you still can't see the enemy models and they blind you from a huge angle.

As for me, it is obvious to anyone that if you make them like in the video, they will become normal and balanced.
