Flashlight brightness needs to be reduced by 50%, they have absolutely no value in game, they are being exploited to blind in close quarter combat mode. When everyone will start using flashlights because of the advantage unfair advantage it gives blinding the opponent the games will be ruined.

I absolutely hated it in BF3, it was a stupid cheap and extremely exaggerated addition, can't believe they brought back that crap. It's almost as bad as BF3 suppression.
Only thing blinding should be flash grenades.
theyre suppopsed to blind you. The trade off is that youre a lighthouse.

I haven't had a problem with them personally. They make it easier to track people honestly. Maybe try turning down your world brightness a bit in the game options?
They need to fix the lasers and flashlights so it gives away the person before they aim directly at you, someone running a flashlight or laser will be visible to what ever object they point at, so you should get a warning someone is coming. Currently they don't show unless pointed directly at you which point it's too late.
No its not exploiting but the visual effect probably needs toned down a little.
So let us agree on they're abusing the blinding brightness that surprises you for a split second and boom your dead, they know exactly what they're doing, why are there working flashlights that shine at 10.000 lumen in this game in the first place?
Wait a minute, what? If I equip a flashlight my hipfire will be more accurate?
