Full progression wipe

Seeing as a lot of players had already spent weeks, if not months and years perfecting their aim and skills, there was already going to be a disadvantadge for some.

Making a mode with bots so people could farm their rank and get access to thermal sights and other upgrades really quick, compared to casual players just having a few hours a week to play, you guys have created a MASSIVE tactical disadvantage. 

I think the reasonable solution for everyone is to wipe all progression, so everyone at least starts fresh. 
This way the players who actually has time to play the game a lot, won't take much time reaching the same rank and equipment. 

While also giving the casual players a chance to be usefull in anyway. 

Since you've already gone ahead and removed the AI mode, so that only the people who took advantage of it are the ones who still has thermal sights and other gamechanging equipment, while holding the reste of the player base back. 

We still get into matches with a MASSIVE unbalanced fight. I still haven't gotten into a balanced one yet. 

The thermal sights especially ruins a lot, because as many starting support/medics, we can give cover smoke to effectivly do our jobs. They just snipe us with thermal.
