Fundamental improvements to RedSec

EA has responded to the community about issues they are looking into regarding hit registration & more available plates, among other subject matters. To me those are the 2 largest flaws. I think they wanted to make it more survival like by having less available loot but in general, people want to run around the map, kill each other with the weapons they want, and win the game. That is what is most fun. Fun for players is priority over the different design they have originally chosen. Personally I like the hp amount. The pace of the shrinkage of the map is faster than other games but not bad, just different.

They fuled player interactions through the missions. However, engaging with other teams usually ends up being not strageic because after 1 fight with 1 team, especially when the fights begin at a distance, everyone's out of plates. You get 1 from a dead body? Now you will likely loose to the next team who has had no engagements. Who have 6-8 available. Yes sure you can still win by being aggressive but in most cases hiding somewhere in center circle until end game will give a higher chance to win. I feel many players try to avoid engagements, knowing this knowledge. Saving resources until the end betters the chance to win. Being aggressive and fighting teams, which is more fun, is not rewarded enough.

1 quick fix would be for a dead body to drop 6 plates. That may seem like a lot and unrealistic, but it motivates more interactions and more gun fights. I play duos and everyone's laying low, running away from each other to save plates for end game. Also of course getting custom loadouts sooner would be great. Have the custom loadout reward on the first round of missions, every game, as a standard, and the free ones drop sooner. Of course Redsec is brand new but everyone would like to see this succeed and become better.
