DEVELOPERS... Where are the ADS FOV settings and how to remove weapon blur when using ADS?

How could you lose settings that were not only present in previous games in the series, but were also already present in the beta version of the game? In the beta, you could enable them through Notepad.

DEVELOPERS, please, these settings are really needed. Log into your game, take the 5.7mm pistol, equip the secondary or 4th scope, aim, and try not to go blind. 

And where is the option to enlarge the minimap even further?
