Game hangs black screen after reporting

When I can pick out people cheating before the game even starts while waiting in lobbies. You can tell someone is using external cheats they give a false low ping .The ones that are easy to pick out are the ones that ping below 10 .they are using external cheats this has been tried and tested and anti cheats do not detect these they do not run inside the game they work out side the game and read memory in side kernel with out breaching it . The game game gives the ping between external cheat and PC instead of game server I suspect . I have tested this with one of the top external cheats out there which never got detected only used for a day I was giving a ping of 6 when it should be 40 and got the screen shots to prove it.  when the screen goes black and shut downs apps  on my pc like AMD Adrenalin it seems to me I am being punished for reporting a cheater which I know  is cheating and I know is running an external cheat but yet the anti cheat does not . I guess people don't care about cheaters and don't care this non fair game play is nothing but being against you and why make these rules when the EA them self don't protect them EA is more into punishing the ones who don't cheat then the ones who do and there are way more cheating then they let on about 

Why not drop these rules and let everyone cheat most of them are anyways but that won't happen because the cheaters will loose their advantage and stop playing the game EA does not want that and that is why they will do anything to cover it up.
