Game Refund

good evening at the moment we are in a difficult position to buy the game for Kapio because of the reason it came up I wanted to canoe back money but I played the game and regretted the first decision at the same time I bought some coins for skins at the moment you don't have access to the game what to canoe there is no live communication with a person of the company

MTS_EN1GMA Hey, for any refund requests, that must go through the retailer it was purchased from. If you purchased it from the EA app, you would make that request here: EA Refund Tool

If the game was purchased outside the EA app, you would need to contact the retailer, as the refund process falls under that retailer.
