Question

I’ve been suspended about twice both for just trash talk in game chat which okay I suppose I can understand. However I was recently suspended for 168 hours due to an inappropriate name in game. My in game name is POOP for context, so I was banned for a vulgar name while characters in game say the f word and s word? Why am I getting banned for my name being poop when this game is supposedly rated m for mature? That includes gore and graphic language, can someone please tell me whether my name is really that offensive or not because I’m loosing my mind trying to figure out what I got banned for. I included my original suspension and the denied appeal. Then EA is gonna wonder why they dropped their new map today and their player count is equal to black ops 7 a game that’s been **bleep** on since release and has terrible reviews.&nbsp;

EA should have not taken a stance on mature language except for maybe the most extreme cases. Now, in this case, the system intended to protect players, appears as if it being abused. It feels more like peace enforcement and not fostering an environment of peace.

Personally, I turned off my chat and removed the keybinding that shows chat to ignore the filth that I see. I've reported people for some very intolerant phrases and that is rare for me. Still, I get the automated response that "nothing was found" when I could screen clip it and share it. Unfortunately, that violates the name and shame rule which you can also be punished for it.

Having a name or tag as "poop" really seems like they had to shoehorn that violation in. Maybe you killed a CM who was playing and they rammed your violation through. Conspiracy theory for sure but you never know these days with badmins. Some lurk these forums with the tag of CM or "hero" etc..

This is 100% the rampant AI bot. Keep appealing, eventually when you push back enough a human looks at it..

I got banned for typing "trying my jardest" which was a typo for hardest lol

Took a few appeals but it got reverted
