game update queued but not updating and not launching

Hello

Just checking whether i am the only one with this issue :

• I am a PC player and I played the game yesterday at launch for 4.5 hours
• this morning i cannot launch it as the message in Steam says that the game needs to update and the update is not launching... been like this for the last 30 mins..
