How do I get in contact with ea support agent and not the email system, I am continuing to get the a lack of an actual response from things I submit to EA via email. I would just like to speak to an actual person please

It depends on what you want to talk with them about, as some things do not have live chat and only offer email support. For example, bans only have an email option as the Terms of Service team handle them, rather than EA Help, and only correspond over email.
