It wasn't like this in the beta.
Can confirm there is some type of inconsistency going on. Seems like at times damage applies all at once, it seems more likely to benefit higher rate of fire weapons.
Also spawning in vehicles first was never an issue with me in the beta, now I rarely if ever get a helicopter or tank if another player is attempting to enter it. And in the beta and in past Battlefield games, I almost always get the vehicles before other people do, this is the first Battlefield game where that isn't true.
I had this issue in the beta and for me it was even worse than in the release version. It is at least better than BF2042 and BFV which were both really bad (even worse than BF1 and BF4 I think).
But it is a long running issue for Dice.
