lol, how is a skill issue when I can get the drop on a console player, get 5+ hitmarkers on them before they turn and insta kill me, and still have 100% health? Please, Please, explain how this is skill related.

I have never ran into that. Maybe stop playing on wifi?

I have, and I'm on fiber too. I have console players in which their entire spray of bullets from their gun arrive in one packet and I die near instantly.
