Global Game Quota exceeded... Please have more servers

Allegedly EA wants this game to have 100 million users. How is this meager amount of  servers supposed to accommodate these people, especially during the initial frenzy for vehicle progression etc

The portal server availability got worse since then

Would we have to buy ourselves one of those physical auto keyboard clickers some people use for remote work in order to snag ourselves a server now?
