and there's a 50+ GB update that makes it impossible to play. Even better when the update is happening at 25 kbps. Seriously. Too low to even register on my LAN monitor, my CPU is at 1%, and disk usage at 9%.
Meanwhile, none of the glaring issues are fixed. Still have menu glitches, slow texture loading, and laser beam controller "cheaters" wrecking the game. But hey, there's new skins for me to buy!
The stream I am watching right now has been in queue for as long as this post has been up, it's a "they/them" problem.
Maybe it's a "you" problem, or a platform issue? On PC (Steam) the update is ~10 gb, downloads with usual speed, and there is no slow texture loading, menu glitches etc. Everything works like a charm.
I don't think it'll ever be fixed. The fact they even tried to bring back redsec ranked tells me that is their priority still. Streamers and warzone players are their target audience. Not battlefield.
How could this game possibly get better when all it's done is get worse?
