Hardcore Squad Leader Spawn

Making it so the squad leader cant spawn on their squad as the default option in hardcore ruins the mode. If you squad up with a friend 90% of the time it puts you into a squad of 2 and if your friend is in a vehicle you cant even spawn on them due to Squad leader, none setting. Makes no sense that I can spawn on the apc that my squad isnt even in but I cant spawn on a tank or heli thats got open gunner seats. Im not going to run across the map to get into my squadmates vehicle or have them pick me up in main in a heli. Breaks teamplay. Revert it back to squad members spawn on SL only, and SL can spawn on all squadmates, which is how its always been in the previous games.
