Have EA/DICE made any comment about PC cross-play?

I don't keep an eye on Twitter and EA/DICE appear to not be interested in their own forums, so can anyone out there tell me if EA/DICE have made comment on PC players finding out for themselves how to turn off cross-play and that they have found the game works better that way?

I mean it's typical that they wouldn't comment on something that is an embarrassment to them and shows up their bad design and/or implementation, but you'd have thought surely this would prompt some kind of acknowledgement...
