Headshot multiplier

We need bigger headshot multiplier like in bf3 or 4. Today 1.3 mutiplier is so low. It actually penalize players who aim to the head because it is harder for minimal reward. I know you want to have the game most noob friendly but cmon. This is so demotivating. And hollow point or synthetics ammo is a joke, no worth even bit. :( also shotgun slugs are joke when i hit enemy to the head on long distance there is zero reward like 66 dmg :(
