Helicopter Aiming "Changes"

Has anyone flown the helicopters over the past few days ? The aiming is absolutely non existent now. There is nothing to aim with and its now spray and pray. The rockets dont align with crosshairs. The air to ground missle pin point is WAY off. I'm missing 99% of my targets now, but a week ago I was doing at least 60% hits. I mean cmon now. Nobody asked for the aiming to change on the helicopters. The helicopter was basically useless before because of all of the laser guided, tow, stinger missiles, but now its a complete flying rock in the sky. Even worse, non of the upgrades to include armor, interference, etc. work. What is going on with the helicopters!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP AND FIX THE ISSUE!
