[HELP] PHANTOM EDITION CODE REDEMPTION NOT WORKING

Hello, I just recently bought a physical copy of battlefield 6 phantom edition ps5, disk is r3 so asia account. I have a hong kong account. Now i tried redeeming the phantom edition code but its not working. I also others in areas such as thailand, malaysia and singapore who are having trouble redeeming their phantom edition codes from the physical copy despite the disk matching the region account. Already contacted my retailer, they said that this is a publisher issue as the code may not have been activated by EA yet.
