Hit registration, Netcode & Season 3 operators

Hit registration issues is minor in multiplayer.  But its still there.... now REDSEC? is a complete mess especially for high fire rate weapons.... with every update it should be improvements until its fixed!  Netcode? Im being hit or even killed from around corners. After an update addressing these issues immediately it feels better... but then it comes back.... this is an issue on yalls end.... you have to be sure the changes aren't reverting....

SEASON 3 OPERATORS 

please put fire 🔥 elite skins in the store for Murphy, hemlock, Lopez, and gecko. Murphy needs a bad **bleep** helmet.... oh and please.... no gas masks or winter uniforms.... there's no snow nor gas! Stop that madness
