Hit registration

I see that im dying in 4 to 5 shots most of the time. However, when I use the same weapon, Im getting 10 hit markers, have clips of, and they are still above 30/40percent health. If this is not a bug, there is a big code/server issue here. I cant tell because i cant pick a server with low ping to test. What happened to server browser. This has been an issue since the beginning of the game. The tweaks to bloom and accuracy have been good. At least i know most the time i fail to kill someone, its my fault now. It just comes down to the hit registration and actually having what we see actually happen.
