Horrible Spawn Mechanics

The game has no concept of proximity. Enemies will regularly spawn within a couple of meters of you. That or spawn you right next to enemies. 

I think it's partially to blame on the overall size of the maps in certain game modes. For some reason, they shrink-flated all of the maps and modes.

The rest is just due to poor design and lack of common sense
