How do I update my EA case

Hello. There should be a button on the case that lets you add a response. Can you get me a screenshot of what you're seeing?

This is it.  Only a Close Case button.  There is nothing under case history except my original request and the generic response from EA support.

ToadKillerDog6 Have you checked your email? The "Waiting on Player" status usually means they've emailed you. If you can find the email and reply to it, that'll update the case as well. 

I have replied to the email.  However, the address they sent from is "customerexperience-noreply" , so I doubt it was received.

See how frustrating it is dealing with EA support?  Opening a case is jumping through hoops, unable to respond via email, unable to respond via web.

That's unfortunate as it's worked for me in the past. What did the email say?

Also, you could try going through the steps to open a new case on the EA Help site while logged out, as that quite often gives a live chat option. You could ask the agent to update the case for you or discuss it with you.

Email:  "Do you still need help after we sent you that list of steps?  If so, go to the web site and post your info."

Worst part is that they close unresolved cases, with no way for us to reactivate.

I opened another case on a different issue a few days ago.  Same procedure, get a generic email.  Then 'do you still need help'.  Go to your case online and update.
