how do you unlock the locked challenges?

So how do you unlock the locked challenges?

Because i have completed more then enough to unlock the locked challenges. But they are not unlocked or progressing.

Take Red Bull challenge for example; i have 4 challenges done and the criteria to unlock the other challenges are to finish 4 challenges. Done and done. But the others wont unlock.

Did you all nerf RPG's?
Rpg's were doing, i forget exatly but i think it was 700-ish to the back of tanks, now its 218... TF? we dont need ANYTHING antitank being nerfed. we need anti tank BUFFS across the board.

aim assist stronger than before?
I am pretty sure 8- percent of my weird instant deaths are by control players ( not sure pc or console). They snap so fast on to me and do follow up shots with no recoil (?) Is that normal?
