How snipers should be fixed in bf6

sorry about the amount of writing in advance please read it

Snipers in Battlefield 6 have been very powerful for most of battlefield 6’s life cycle, they have ‘no bullet drop’, insane bullets speeds and sweet spots.
in the latest update snipers have been completely ruined, why?

this is because the increased bullet drag on them to a insane degree making long range sniping bullet drop kinda insane. I love bf4 long range sniping and it was quite loved and balanced but even with its very famously large amounts of bullet drop, but even that was able to be mastered the new drop in bf6 is insane though the drop at around 900ms for the PSR or Barret mrad used to have with long barrel and match grade ammo had around 2.3 hash marks of the 10x scope of drop (105 fov) zeroed  at 100m now the round drops below the hash marks entirely. I would say being a large magnum caliber Thats is is and the quick pace of this game 5 hash marks of drop would be good or maybe 6 but the round dropping below the hash marks is insane. This is cause of bullet drag.

this will not fix the sniper problem as people are having trouble with snipers at the ranges where bullet drop dose not even come into play 100m-200m even after the update so this change will do nothing for the overpowered nature of sniper rifles in breakthrough and close quarters where they have no flinch are need to be nerfed but ruins long range sniping instead meaning we can’t shoot out to distance like in bf4 but the snipers are still the same at the ranges they need to be nerfed at.

what I propose is we get rid of sweet spot add flinch to the snipers but reduce the bullet drag to not how is was but about double the drop that there was before instead of 5x it nearly and decreasing the bullet speed to around 800ms to 850ms at most make them not a hit Alan rail gun at 100m to 200m but so we can’t shoot out keep our long range sniping like it was in bf4 it’s such a fun thing to do and now you have to use the range finder to reach 1000m shots most of the time

sorry about the amount of writing this is my first post and I am very passionate about this topic and am happy to discuss it to anyone who has a open mind thank you for reading and please comment your thoughts on this

I remember in the old days on Battlefield 4 it was fun to snipe because it was hard. Here in BF6 it's like laser beams shooting at you.

  • Remove aim-assist entirely from the game - all inputs, all modes.  Ban cheaters, add suppression (but make it flinch), remove bloom (worst mechanic ever), remove even remove glint, and let snipers, snipe away.

  • Sniping was fine before the patch and didn't really need to be messed with. Now its just a chore to hit anything that moves a pixel if its beyond 150m. Fortunately I tend to keep to engagements within 100m so it wont really impact me any. Only long range engagements I have is counter sniping and 90% of people who sit on mountains instead of properly moving around are static targets anyways, so new drag on bullets is whatever.

Flinch is not the answer. Flinch is and always will be a horrid mechanic that awards spray and pray weapons. If you're engaging a sniper within 100m and losing that engagement, that is an aiming issue and all flinch does is support bad players.
