How to effectively report players?

I was killed by this guy "itzjavyontwitch" in a very bs way. I joined his stream where he had around 320 consecutive redsec wins. His teammate was level 929. On stream at

Timestamp 2:39:30 says "these wall hacks are the best thing ever" then the stream ended.

It's like EA doesn't care about PC players ruining the game.

Unfortunately PC gamers are not taken into consideration, not only have they created a copy of cod, not only the maps are laughable, not only is it full of lag and the hitreg is ridiculous but now they also want to allow cheaters to continue, also because everyone is leaving and no one would play it
