Day 3 of trying to do this, destroyed many painted by randoms helis and tanks, challenge still shows 0/1000... its honestly broken.
Nobody is painting vehicles, its very rare to find a game with someone paining, and even if they do, it doesn't count for challenge (apparently they have to be painted in handheld mode.... nobody does it)
