I CAN NOT GET MY REFUND
When I apply for a refund of BF6, the refund tool stucked at page of "comfirm refund method" and can not complete the refund. Please help me !

please help me, the order is going to out of time...
i tried different ways，and i can't get the refund! i tried to contact the ea adviser, no one contacted me with e-mail.
these is no advisor contact me... the refund tool is still not working...
issue isn't supported by advisors
I can't guarantee that it will work, but try clicking the "Contact us" button at the end of the guide below and select the option to continue as a guest. It may let you open an email case or have a live chat that way.
it did opening an email case, but no one contact me, and it did not open a live chat. anyway, thank you!
