Good looking out OP. I've found the Spacial audio for PC to not be very good. Has changing this setting to ultra impacted your FPS or introduced latency since its beeing processed by the CPU (which is already maxed out)?
Yes, unfortunately it introduced a lot of frame time/stuttering issues, so I ended up not using it. After some further testing I found that the sound was still not acceptable.
