I found out

How to get a better and cleaner image in game.
-Fixed  Resolution Scale 160-200%
-FSR,DLSS
- Perfomance modes work best
A clear image, not blurry, Image sharpering 20% ingame 50 or more you choose.
This works great for me, and I think it will work for all of you too.I have a 6700XT and a 5600X (4.7GHz all cores), both GPU and CPU are overclocked and undervolted. At 1440p I get a solid 100–130 FPS ultra textures, everything else on low.

Fixed  Resolution Scale Above 100% = The game renders at a higher resolution than your monitor and then downsamples it. You get sharper visuals but it significantly increases GPU load and lowers FPS.

I feel like you kinda rushed explaining how things work to me, haha Try it first, then comment.
