I got banned from game 3 months ago by get enhancement gameplay in game.
I was banned on Jan 8, 2026, for a reason described as using software to gain better performance, which I do not understand and strongly disagree with. This explanation was vague and did not clearly show how I was allegedly involved in hacking or cheating. My overall KDA has remained around 2.2 during the Winter Event, which does not suggest abnormal improvement. From December 8 to Dec 29, 2025, I traveled with my family and previously submitted my flight information as proof. During this trip, I briefly logged into my account once while visiting Phu Quoc Island. After returning to the United States, I logged in again on Jan 13 and discovered that my account had already been banned on January 8. On Jan 25, I received an email from your team, but the explanation provided was unsatisfactory and extremely frustrating given the time and effort I invested. I again state that I have never cheated and respectfully request a review of my match history and account activity. I officially returned to playing the game on January 13; however, on January 11, I discovered that my account had already been banned, which came as a complete shock to me. I have been waiting for a satisfactory response since then but have not received any meaningful follow-up. Although there was a reply on January 25, my case has continued to show a status of “waiting for studio” for over a month, which has left me extremely disappointed I have submitted numerous appeals, participated in multiple chats with customer service, and provided all available evidence for review.
