I literally only signed up to complain about mortars
Mortars were not a day 1 problem, they are now a problem. There is no way to deal with mortars in the enemy zone on Breakthrough. That is clearly a broken mechanic. #Fin

I came here to complain about the exact same thing. EA will do nothing to balance their game though, just as they still haven't fixed any of the issues caused by their previous changes to breakthrough.
I have no idea what metrics they are using to determine what changes need to be made, or should be made, or maybe they just throw darts at the wall and implement whatever that lands on. The second people saw the mortar changes they were on every forum trying to tell EA how this would be a gigantic issue in breakthrough.
EA meanwhile makes posts about how they are listening when they very clearly have no clue what is going on.
Aside from the poor CM's on the forums. Those folks need a raise.
