Hi somboon2025,
It is probably worth getting in touch with EA Help about this, as they're best placed to assist with in-game items and account issues. The contact options in the guide below should let you reach them.

It might also be worth restarting the client and playing another match to completion, if you haven't already, in case the game just needs to sync.
